Also there is a big problem with the design of my UT61E: the alignment of the sensor fitting is off by about 2.5mm, meaning that in order for the software to recognize my UT61E I have to leave a gap of 2.5mm ate the end of the sensor slot.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6356425659873504094.post-50613410960287334122022-03-06T00:39:53.806+05:002022-03-06T00:39:53.806+05:00Where would I be able to buy this flat flex ribbon...Where would I be able to buy this flat flex ribbon? You can probably use HC-05/6 module to replace internal bluetooth inside M-1000. Disconnect rx/tx lines which comes from gps ic/module to bluetooth ic/module and then connect them to HC-05/6 and provide power to HC module. This would not be easy I guess :) You have to look inside and check if gps and bluetooth are actually separate items and not inside one single ic. Looking at the google tells me that M-1000 has MT3318 gps module, which has rx/tx out indeed. But first I suggest you to use different antenna for your android device or place it somewhere else, also try other nav apps, some apps may look like gps signal is bad, but it is actually an app what is bad.Anton Veretenenkohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18150583438255070310noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6356425659873504094.post-53682378037326878542019-04-23T23:19:01.518+05:002019-04-23T23:19:01.518+05:00Hi ! It's OK ... but I am not satisfied about the accuracy of GPS. So, I bought an bluetooth GPS receiver, Holux M-1000. Unfortunately, the navigation "see" the device, but can't connect him ... so I can not used him. I tried many apps from Market (BT connecting related) but without success ....<br />I wonder if it is possible, by adding a HC-05 or 06 module, to establish the connection with the navigation. Driver circuit is the same, so I guess the power should be the same too. But Botvac uses induction power transfer to the spinning head instead of sliding contacts on XV head. Sliding contacts can deliver more power, so in theory Botvac laser power can be limited. But it needs to be tested to be sure. Laser power is in mW range and it is not that much, linear camera needs more than laser probably.Anton Veretenenkohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18150583438255070310noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6356425659873504094.post-77904043605884259322017-07-06T06:18:45.604+05:002017-07-06T06:18:45.604+05:00Nope I have not had this issue before it died :) M...Nope I have not had this issue before it died :) Maybe there is not enough charge to switch relay or voltage dropdown happens when relay switched first time and ic resets.Anton Veretenenkohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18150583438255070310noreply@blogger.com
